What are the return conditions?
- Our Return & Refund Policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
- Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with the labels still attached.
- We also accept returns of items purchased during a sale. Items bought during a Sale can be Exchanged for another product, a voucher, or the purchase price.

Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Order processing will take 1-2 business days. Deliveries can take anywhere from 5-7 business days.
- Delivery details and tracking will automatically be provided in your email within 24 hours. (Check spam box).
- Please note, certain orders are fulfilled either within the UK or directly through our partner’s warehouse overseas.
Where can I find my tracking number?
- After you place your order, we send out an email with your shipping details within 24 to 48 hours.
- Use our secure 'My Account' environment to view all your placed orders. Including tracking details once provided.
- Track your order using your e-mail and order number or the tracking number we provide.
Do you deliver worldwide?
- No, currently we only deliver in the United Kingdom.
