At ChiClick, shipping costs are on us. That’s right, Free Shipping on every order.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
  • Quick Tip: Place your order before 11:00 PM GMT, and it’ll be processed within the next business day.
  • Weekends and Bank Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Time

    • Standard Delivery: Delivery takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
    • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-7 business days (Processing + Delivery).
    • Delivery Details: Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you within 24 hours. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
    • Some destinations in the UK (e.g., Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands) may require an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.

    Order Delays

    We strive for timely deliveries, but occasionally unexpected delays may occur. If that happens, we’ll notify you via email immediately. Transparency is key—you’ll always be in the loop.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    We take care to package your order securely, but if it arrives damaged, please contact us.

    • We’ll resolve it promptly and ensure you’re taken care of.

    Cancellations & Returns Orders

    Changed your mind? We’ve got you covered:

    • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time, free of charge, before it’s dispatched. Just email us at support@chiclick.shop.
    • After Shipping: Unfortunately, we can’t cancel orders that have already left our warehouse.
    • After Delivery: Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
      Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
